A Brief Reminder
“Although a righteous person may fall seven times, he gets up again, but the wicked will be brought down by calamity.” Proverbs 24:16 What does this proverb mean? Is it God’s promise to the righteous? An encouragement to persevere against life’s trials? A reminder that we are saved by grace and can get up whenever we sin? I believe it’s all of the above.
